How do I order SimaPro?

Ordering SimaPro is straightforward. We require two things -

1. a signed order form

2. payment

The order form is downloadable from www.simapro.co.uk/order-simapro.

The order form contains information needed to pay, such as VAT and bank account details. 

When you email us your order form, we will email you an invoice. The invoice has a clickable link on it if you wish to pay by card, or you can pay by bank transfer. You need to pay before receiving SimaPro. Please order in advance to give your accounts department time to pay.

 

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. You will receive a VAT receipt. Details are on invoices and order forms. There is a clickable link on invoices you can use to pay by credit card. 

You will be emailed a SimaPro download link and activation code within 7 days of payment being received. 

Please order in advance to allow time for your accounts department to pay the invoice.

 

How can I start work with SimaPro quickly?

Paying by credit card is often quickest. If you need to start working with SimaPro before paying, we may be able to offer you a one month free trial of  SimaPro including the Ecoinvent database. Then, when you have paid and you receive your activation code, you can enter that into the trial version to turn it into the full version.

 

Can you respond to a PO?

Certainly. If you send us a PO, we will issue an invoice with the PO number on it. We will also need a signed order form. 

 

How do I set you up as a supplier on our system?

The details you need to set us up as a supplier are on invoices. If you prefer details on signed letterhead, we have that ready to email to you. 

Remember that it can take a month or more for your accounts department to set up a new supplier, issue a PO and pay an invoice; you may prefer to pay by credit card if you need SimaPro sooner.

 

What currency is used?

SimaPro is priced in £GBP in the UK, although you can pay in Euros if you prefer. VAT is added for UK orders. VAT may not need to be added for Ireland orders.

 

Why haven't I received SimaPro yet?

You may need to check with your accounts department to ensure they process the payment. You will be emailed a download link and activation code within 7 days of payment being received.
